Spring at Hill Close Gardens

Warwickshire Gardens Trust & Hill Close Gardens Trust announce a new and exciting photographic competition open to all Warwickshire residents. Entries are invited of any photographic image on the theme of “Spring at Hill Close Gardens” during the month of May. The theme is open to your own interpretation but needs to feature beautiful photographs that will show Hill Close Gardens in their springtime glory.

Entries will be shortlisted for display in an exhibition at Hill Close Gardens during the month of June. Entries will also be displayed on the Warwickshire Gardens Trust website and featured in their Journal. The judging and award of prizes will be at the end of June 2019. The winner will receive a voucher to the value of £50.

Welcoming the launch of the competition, Matt Fattorini, chair of Warwickshire Gardens Trust commented:

Warwickshire Gardens Trust celebrates the county’s glorious garden heritage. What better way to achieve this than to capture the transient beauty of spring in a garden we have long been proud to support.”

Richard Hayward at Hill Close Gardens added:

As we all breathe a sigh of relief that spring has arrived what better time to dust off the camera and get involved in this exciting photographic competition. Hill Close Gardens comes alive with spring flowers and is a lovely place to be inspired.”
